WaterTrajectories-pytools (pywtraj) is a collection of python tools to:

1. Manipulate space-time data, especially netcdf, needed for hydrogeological modeling

   • initially developped to provide preprocessing tools for CWatM, most functions are now relevant for general use

2. Process and visualize hydro-climatic trajectories and diagnostics

   • so far these tools have only been automatized for France, based on SIM and EXPLORE2 datasets
